Taiwan–Poland AI Smart Industrial Park Initiative
TAIPO Investment sp. z o.o. is a Poland-based project platform established to support the development and coordination of the Taiwan–Poland AI Smart Industrial Park initiative.
The initiative aims to connect Taiwan’s advanced technology, semiconductor, AI, smart manufacturing, green energy, aerospace, and industrial supply chain capabilities with Poland’s strategic location, engineering talent, industrial base, and access to the European Union market.
Through cross-border collaboration between Taiwanese and Polish partners, the project seeks to create a long-term platform for industrial cooperation, investment, technology exchange, and business expansion between Taiwan and Europe.
About TAIPO Investment
TAIPO Investment sp. z o.o. serves as the preliminary project coordination platform for the Taiwan–Poland AI Smart Industrial Park initiative.
The company’s role is to support project planning, partner coordination, investment structuring, business communication, and future SPV-related development activities in Poland.

Our vision is to establish Poland as a strategic gateway for Taiwanese technology companies entering the European market, while supporting Poland’s development as a key hub for AI, smart manufacturing, semiconductor-related industries, green technology, and advanced industrial cooperation.

台波商會歐洲布局 趙忠傑推安全科技合作

台波商會（TAIPO）近期參與於波蘭樂斯拉夫舉行的 East x West Forum 東西方論壇，由理事長趙忠傑博士發表專題演說，成為本屆唯一受邀亞洲講者。論壇聚焦歐洲安全、國防科技、能源韌性及跨境產業合作，TAIPO 提出與歐盟共同安全與防衛政策（CSDP）、IRIS²低軌衛星系統、Drone Wall無人機防衛架構及能源與通訊安全等合作方向。趙忠傑指出，台灣在半導體、資通訊、AI整合與無人機供應鏈具備優勢，結合波蘭地緣與產業位置，可建立更具韌性的民主科技供應鏈。TAIPO 表示，未來將持續協助台灣企業對接歐盟市場，推動台灣由製造供應鏈角色升級為歐洲安全科技合作夥伴。
